Hope Centered Counseling

Specializing in trauma and neurodiversity, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help individuals and families heal, connect, and thrive
Counseling by Jenny Geselevich, LPC, MA

My Mission

I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families, as well as those navigating the effects of trauma. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel fully seen and understood.

I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in EMDR, two powerful, evidence-based trauma therapies that help clients process and release deeply held emotional and physical responses. Depending on each client’s needs, I integrate these approaches with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a personalized path toward healing and growth.

My work is especially focused on helping neurodiverse clients and their families better understand one another, strengthen communication, and navigate the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, process past experiences, and develop tools that allow them to thrive both individually and in their relationships.

Whether you are seeking support for trauma, navigating life transitions, or working to strengthen your family connections, my goal is to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater healing, balance, and connection.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"

- Carl Rogers
